This year I have been making an effort to appreciate every phase of Spring. The changes in the plants can happen over night and if you are not paying attention you can miss Spring completely. This Spring I have been working on drawing and collage this month, mixing and matching mediums and making just to make and not have an end goal. This moth drawing is one of my experiments, I like the way it turned out and plan to do more!
It’s 2026 and I feel like the year is already going by at warp speed! I have now illustrated all 12 zodiac signs as downloadable digital wallpapers. I started this in June of 2025 and it’s been so fun finding out more about each sign. I will say that I found Capricorn a bit tough but I eventually got it! Scorpio and Aries are being served up for this round of digital wallpapers. These ones were fun but a bit challenging. For every zodiac there are colors that go along with each one and it can be a challenge to come up with a color story that I find pleasing. So far I have managed to come up with color combos I like. The next zodiac signs I will be working on are Sagittarius and Pisces!

Everything in miniature is so cute and that includes Halloween candy. I recently made a stop motion animation about trick-or-treating and I needed to re-create some Halloween candy. It was so much fun to draw each and everyone, can’t say that I like all these candies but the graphics were fun to duplicate. The Swedish Fish are by far my favorite out of the bunch. My least favorite are Necco Wafers, they look like they should be good but are chalky and have no flavor! But I know people that love them, to each their own:) What is your favorite Halloween candy?
