Mexican Hot Chocolate is Joy!

Goodbye 2025! Half way through the year I quit a job that made me sad and I was so excited to leave it in the dust. While searching for a new job I filled my days with working on art work and making animations. I had a blast and was able to create so may fun things over the last six months. I am feeling like myself again and start a new job next week. My last animation of the year was an ode to Mexican Hot Chocolate which brings me so much joy whenever I get a chance to have some. Happy New Year to you and I hope that you find time for joy of all sizes in 2026!

Trick-or-Treat!!

Everything in miniature is so cute and that includes Halloween candy. I recently made a stop motion animation about trick-or-treating and I needed to re-create some Halloween candy. It was so much fun to draw each and everyone, can’t say that I like all these candies but the graphics were fun to duplicate. The Swedish Fish are by far my favorite out of the bunch. My least favorite are Necco Wafers, they look like they should be good but are chalky and have no flavor! But I know people that love them, to each their own:) What is your favorite Halloween candy?

Have Some Sauce-Bachan's

Have you tried Bachan’s? It’s our go to for making vegetables and meats a little more exciting. I wish I could find the teriyaki flavor, I bet is so good. We have had the Yuzu and Miso, both are very tasty and highly recommended! I really enjoy drawing food and it’s packaging, maybe sometime I will share some of my favorite sparkling beverage drawing with you:)
